Martha Lineham

Artist in residence Martha Lineham exhibits work that has come out of her residency with us and her PhD research into British seaside amusements. Martha is currently a lecturer at the Manchester School of Art.

This exhibition explores the visual, gaudy brilliance, material and audio cultures of seaside amusement arcades and the resorts that surround them in the North West (Blackpool) and Cornwall (Newquay, Penzance, St.Ives).
