STUDIO SPACES
The Fish Factory supports a wide community of Artists, Designers, Makers and Writers working across our 2 sites on Commercial Road in Penryn. Our spaces range from large workshop spaces to open plan desks and are priced to offer affordable and accessible workspace to the local community.

We have 2 main types of studios available:
LOCKABLE ROOMS - Larger private studios and workshops
OPEN PLAN STUDIOS - These are smaller, affordable, open plan desk spaces within a shared studio area.
We have two sites - our main Fish Factory building which is a lively hub bursting with creative activity - best suited to those seeking connection with other creative people, and 'Little Fish' our second site which is more of a quiet sanctuary - good for those who need a peaceful place to work and aren't using messy materials.
All studios are accessible 24 hours a day and residents have access to shared facilities including Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities, wash out area, basic printing equipment, drying rack, laser printer, darkroom, and photo studio.
Our onsite Café is also open 5 days a week serving hot drinks, cakes, snacks and lunches and residents get 10% off.
The onsite shop supplies books, magazines and artwork from our creative community.
